1. Our Position on Copyright

We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. While we do not host content, we understand that linking to infringing content may still be problematic. We are committed to working with copyright holders to remove links to infringing content.

If you are a copyright owner and believe that content linked from our site infringes your copyright, please follow the procedure outlined below to submit a valid DMCA takedown notice.

2. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a valid DMCA takedown notice, your request must include all of the following elements as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

1. Your identification: Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
2. Copyright identification: A description of the copyrighted work(s) you claim have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
3. Infringing content URL: The specific URL(s) on our website that link to or display allegedly infringing content. General notices without specific URLs will not be accepted.
4. Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. Accuracy statement: A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
6. Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Response Time & Process

Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

• Review the notice for completeness and validity within 48–72 business hours
• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing link if the notice is valid
• Make reasonable efforts to notify the person who posted the content of the removal
• Terminate accounts of repeat infringers where applicable

Incomplete or invalid notices will be rejected. We will notify you if your notice is missing required elements.

4. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that content was removed as a result of a mistaken or misidentified DMCA takedown, you may submit a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice must include:

1. Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address
2. Identification of the content that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located
5. Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward a copy to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file an action seeking a court order within 10 business days, we may restore the content at our discretion.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In appropriate circumstances, we will disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

6. Misrepresentation

Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability. Do not file a DMCA notice if you are not the copyright owner or authorized agent, or if you are not sure whether the material infringes copyright.

7. Note on Third-Party Hosting

Since our site only provides links to third-party video hosting platforms, we strongly encourage copyright holders to also contact those third-party platforms directly (e.g., playmogo.com and others). Removing content from the hosting platform will be more effective and immediate than removing links from our site.
